Counter-Notification

  3. Consent to Jurisdiction

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may reinstate the removed content if the original complainant does not file a court action within 10 business days.

Repeat Infringers

Technologiser reserves the right to terminate user accounts or block access by any individual who repeatedly infringes on intellectual property rights, following our sole discretion.
